    ASX-listed companies are required (listing rule) to have a minimum of 2 (Australian-based) Directors, which they now have. I suspect our new lamb to the slaughter is a foot soldier of our Chair, Mr Li. He is the puppet-master is saw off old-mate Grogan.

    Clearly, there's still some value in this - some (stale) inventory, the trademarks/IP and of course $20m+ of tax losses. The final point is clearly where the immediate value lies. Still waiting to see how they evolve the continuity of business test to get their hands on some taxpayer support from the ATO. There's still some life in this, if only for the entertainment value, because shareholder value is toast.
