Optima has completely reinvented itself since David cam onboard. I agree that on the face of it it's a loss for the company but he's had a good few years with Optima/BID. Maybe he's contributed what he can in that time and he feels like he can move on. The new strategy is in place and they just need to execute now. And of course they'll save a few dollars with a couple less board members.
