Agreed about Karl, he was parachuted in when the last set of Board members hit the road, but Andre stepping back to CEO is a departure lounge move IMO. You only do that to reduce your exposure to ASIC corporate compliance law IMO, otherwise you just have the same job but less of the perks like performance rights and pay, if those don't change then shareholders should be asking the question why hasn't the remuneration dropped in proportion to the responsibility.
I'm looking forward to the pivot that IMO is coming.
