I know what they call the "industrial" side the best as that's when I bought in and believed in the company. I think there is a need, but I don't think it is this saviour that the CEO markets it to be. I think it is a compliance piece, particularly for mining or tips but that's about it. The industrial seems to be on the small side-nothing big, Global Cities like Hong Kong and London have these monitors in place, but not once has EVS been able to break in.

Aviation just seems like "it was a good idea at the time", then covid hit, so grace period but post that, when everyone is spending the growth isn't quite there.

Water is the problem-$8mn raised which was used to fund the business and that is outright deception. There is a class action here for sure, and given the number of board members and current director's liability I'm tempted to start a class action or at least speak to some people.

The CEO and Board have been negligent in their duties. The CEO as also a Managing Director has wasted shareholder capital and spent money without proper due care. My gut is you could ask for the money back, less a legal no win/no fee claim, this is done a lot in Europe and the US. I also think (but correct me) that if there was a class action, the board has to fund it themselves as Directors, company money can't be used. If company money could be used they couldn't mount much of a case as there is no money left.

At the current price of 7c, If I could back to even to the original share price I bought in around 30c. Well that's another 23c, and say the lawyers take 40% I'd collect the original 7c plus 14c and walk away at 22c. 3 Times current value.
