Hey Mav, the fact that management aren't buying means they aren't convinced the ship is turning which is basically the point you are making. They always say that management can sell shares for many reasons but they only buy for one reason and that is they expect the share price to go up. For me, skin in the game is very important and it astounds me that management don't see value at these prices but they know the business much better than me so the fact they aren't buying only means one thing.
