I agree-now there are rules on inside information which we all know, but you get a sense. We all have friends or family that get issued shares and when people see the company growing their biggest gripe is not getting enough. Envirosuite couldn't be further from it. They've lost a CEO, CFO and COO in the last 2 years. The COO left in Jan, kept secret and a little blurb in the AR. Left just after he got his chunk of shares-that lasted not even 6 months
I don't think they can take debt-no one will lend to them, debt is about cashflow, its ability to service the debt, and no bank will lend to a cashflow burn company like Envirosuite. Realistically all I see is another cap raise which I agree will push the share price lower. Would anyone lend these guys money?
Reality is, with these low volumes most of us couldn't liquidate our holdings if we tried. Chalk it as a capital loss for the ATO.
