I sound like a broken record-growth hasn't been there problem, the costs are. The executive and board have placed EVS into another cap raise or debt, but I can't see any form of debt being actually granted from a financial institution. But then you'd have to cap raise at what??? 5c? With an illiquid share??? I'd say you need at least another $6mn min and who would give that?

The only caveat is that the revenue, while it comes in, takes way too long to book to actual cash. So even if it is another round of utter nonsense from the CEO with some silly logo, it still takes 6 months to turn it on then the beauty of annualisation comes in. So, they grab $2mn this quarter, it takes 6 months to turn on, roughly half is margin and then you only get one quarter of actual cash in the bank (April to June) so that $2mn becomes $250k roughly. But......they need to people/equipment immediately to start the contract, so they take 9 months of costs for only 3 months of actual cash. That's why water was meant to be the godsend-rapid deployment, no capital, existing software etc. etc. global market addressable market of billions (when we believed the CEO). So land a few couple of $100k deals and you are grabbing the whole amount from the start.
