Why does an experienced board member leave who is on a bunch of other boards of successful companies? This stinks. The chairman (who has presided over this mess) said he'd leave ages ago, hasn't and now this out of the blue? This just feels like all the other hype appointments like that Alberto guy. It will take the new board member 6 months to understand the business and by then they'll be well and truly into another cap raise or out of cash. The other highly capable board member left last year so not promising.
