I don't think they do, look at the share price. Small volumes and downward spiral. The chairman announced he would step down months ago, and is still sitting on the board. Since its peak in 2019 he has led an 80% drop in the share price and I hope there is something done at the AGM to force an exit date and reduce the board's pay and executive compensation.
