The idemitsu holdings puts a floor on the price of Delta at 0.7c.
They dont need to vote with the board. Low ball offer of $1 would put the MC at close to $450-500m. Hmm...hoping for an offer of >$2.
My question is why need to do a takeover at all? Could just focus on growing the business.
