Truly an amazing outcome.
This is pure speculation but perhaps there was an ultimantum about major changes with Karl vs David/Jesse. Seems like the latter gave up and quit. Jesse and others are probably worried about what happens when the company goes bankrupt as they have other directorships and companies.
So now Karl takes full control with two inexperienced friendlies who have no idea what they have got themselves into.
I'm no longer interested in the company, but I might still do a little updated modelling to see what their forecasted cash flow is under this new scenario. It will still be very short and churn will increase further.
OneVentures must be getting very worried as their exit paths and closing in. If I was them I would probably call a default now and force a fire sale. Before the remaining capital goes down the drain too.
