There were no shares issued - options were issues but they are so far out of the money as to be worthless. The EVM deal has seen 8 or 9 m spent of tenements that the company never would have done and worst case we get them back 100%. EVM also took a placement that is way out of the money. DYOR. ZNC should have just charged ahead with the project - the last 6/9 months the JV could never have completed.
