Finally downsizing this board is a good move after wasting too much on little effort.
The resignation of Wolley would please all minority holders I am sure, enough said!
James Gurrey was appointed a number of years ago as an independent director to sort of appease the masses. Unfortunately from what we can see he has added little value and his expertise in equity analysis seems to have been of little use with Todd bulldozing the way the projects were to be capitalised (and failing).
This supposed rightsizing does however still leave us without a majority independent board. CE & DH are the only independent members and unfortunately CE has a previous history of supporting Todd initiatives.
We are heavily reliant on Steven Michael getting this show on the road and hopefully with little interference from vested interests on the board because, I for one, gain little comfort from the remaining members............................
