$320k and interestingly after I called the company it was Jason's idea to step back and assist the company in managing the current climate with some cost savings.
His geological expertise is well covered by the technical people LCL has for Colombia and PNG. He will be assisting in any transition next few months with any corporate balls that are in the air. All very amicable.
