@Klogg CAF is $400k, exclude that and the loss is $1.4m and thats a strategic investment not GC punting fund or underwriting shortfalls the corp dept cant get away. So $1m is the number. Money that could have been put into buying some recurring revenue.
And if Morrison had 26 AFSL holders and then 9 months later when it was sold had 56 there was not a full-year contribution of those additional AFSL holders in Morrison. Additionally, it is at a time when equity market volumes are down in small and microcaps.
But yes I can say it was a fair price, but neither you, GC or I will never know what a full-year contribution from an additional 30 AFSL holders would contribute, but it should be at least double the prior full year when there were 26.
