I don’t think this is right. Larsen was a director of GLENNON Capital - one of the parties that lobbed the 203d & 249d. He resigned from GLENNON after they were lobbed. Even so, he was conflicted. But note he resigned as Chair but is still a director. Does that free up the casting vote? Pretty important when there are 4 directors. the way this has played out and the way it has been handled is very amateurish stuff. Get on with it, lance the boil of whatever is festering and get back to building the business. I am sure All stakeholders are unimpressed.
