Heard it all before. I work in a massive Australian company in management. I see both sides of the coin, know all the propaganda. Short story is you get high performers in all sexes, colours, sexual orientations...and you get low performers. I'm saying find the high performers and whatever they happen to be, so be it.
But yes, it is one of those topics, where generally you will never sway the other side's opinion, so happy to leave it as that.... two vastly different opinions.
What matters to me is the recovery of PAA and progression towards blockbuster at a suitable pace. However, that is successfully achieved so be it.
