No most people wouldn't. We'd want to look at the board and hope they had been selected based on their ability to steward the company and provide maximised shareholder return. I couldn't care less if it was a purple haired goat, if they were doing an excellent job better than anyone else.

Yes, diversity is nice where it doesn't come at the cost of ability, experience, knowledge and delivery. It shouldn't be the first criteria and I find it odd that people seeking maximised return on investment in a struggling spec stock would think it is of any real relevance.

I just do not see what someone's sex or skin colour or sexual preference has to do with performance. This stuff has found its place in large woke corporations where the margin allows for it, not pursuing it at all costs in a biotech that struggles to stay above a miniscule market cap and is looking between the couch cushions for funds to keep going.

Now please understand this is just my opinion.
