What on earth happened? How could anybody not think something is wrong? Why on earth would they resign en masse in this fashion? It's not so much that they resigned, but that it happened en masse, and in such an abrupt manner. Under normal circumstances, there would be some transitional phase to ease new leadership into their new role and to ensure that stakeholders don't freak out.
