It sounds like a good part of her remuneration is tied to oppies. Heads above 75 cents. Is a great start. I'd dare say a raise is coming , I'd say at a very small discount. Could be at premium. It will get done very easily. Doubt we will get alot. Probably a good thing as you know it might go to the right hands. Given the mkt cap at 54m they wouldn't be diluting alot wither. $2m would be only 5m shares at these levels.
charts holding this base aswell. Good to see. I'm guessing this will be a 200-300m mkt cap story on hype alone. $2-3 per share.
these are my opinions but I made alot on ALA recently and they made a similar board appointment in a similar nature and stock rallied to 18 from 4
