Im not surprised at all by this. Especially with the AGM looming on Wednesday.
The last thing i imagine he needs right now is further scrutiny. I wonder , even though hes now gone, whether he still controls the suits still on the Board. Are they really independent of him and acting in Shareholders interests?
Or CE puppets ?
At last years DLI AGM , CE took a question from the floor to the effect of :
“how do we know whose interests you will be acting on as Chair of DLI.
MIN or DLI?”
CE gave an answer to the effect of
“look at the wealth ive created for shareholders at MIN. Just trust me”
That hasnt aged well.
