Well, well, well So good old TW has been retained and rewarded for selling MXR down the river.
I also note that they may be sensing that they may not get to 90%. I see the big threat at the bottom of the announcement trying to put the heat on those MXR shareholders who have not folded and taken up the paltry offer. Oh dear...yes gosh I might end up a shareholder in a minority company with little liquidity.
That sounds like a desperate ploy by AAR to push people into accepting. Get off. Leave people alone to make their own decisions without trying coercion tactics. Grubby.
