NAB meets BHP or another miner and arranges an offer. (30% premium)
CE rejects the offer.
NAB and Steve want to put it to shareholders , CE and the other directors are against this!
Both NAB and Steve decide it's best to leave, for reasons that this could get ugly and a black marks to there names!
And it seems Bunn has ears on the ground which makes me think that it's only a matter of time before others find out and this will get ugly... I mean I'll be pretty pissed if the 30% premium offer was true, I'd take anything over sitting at 66c.
