Sorry to rain on your parade but there were two resignations and they have to be replaced.
I’d have a butchers at the skills and experience that has just walked out the door and hope those remaining are okay with it all. I’m sure it’ll be onwards and upwards from here on in, no hard feelings, as someone posted earlier it’s just business, it happens all the time.
