CE's strong vision and passion for HCH is all fine and good. I believe him on that part. But it's on-the-ground execution that matters. I don't want someone who keeps telling me fiery stories of future success, I want someone who can build a bloody mine in the foreseeable future. A good CEO under-promises, over-delivers. We have been getting the opposite.
CE has been getting away with Hail Maries for far too long. There was the last minute funding from Osisko. More recently the promising discovery of La Verde. Without it HCH would be a real sh1t show by now. And current funding will only prudently last until end June at best. Unless you guys want to go on another Hail Mary last minute cap raise near end of 2025.
With copper at US$4.80+ we have a market cap of barely US$64mn. What HCH is worth fundamentally is pretty obvious, but as a total package including management, well the market cap and lack of liquidity tells you all you need to know.
