It's my perception that someone's going to join the dots from NAB's preso several days ago, especially her comments near the end, and her immediate resignation from the BoD... and in the interests of shareholders and others that HCH should be put into a TH.
It might turn out to be absolutely nothing, one would hope so, but it's my perception that the optics are so bad that investors, CE and NAB, and HCH BoD deserve to be protected via a 'look-see' by a capable person / body. These are highly respected people so I highly doubt anyone has done anything illegal, untoward or against the rules... it's been badly managed with missed timelines but that's it.
