These two were definitely tapped on the shoulder to voluntarily resign otherwise they would have been terminated/fired, guaranteed. No way James steps down as managing director without being pushed. This was his first crack at being the man but it seems he should stick to being a geologist as opposed to being the managing director of a listed asx
company. Both positions were untenable due to the shareholder wealth destruction here from the mismanagement of events over the past few years which i don’t need to cover off on, as everyone is dutifully aware. This is definitely a positive change for the company and enables them to start fresh and move forward, cheers CP.
