Going on the vagueness of his cv the new guy, Evan Cranston, seems to be a relative mining lightweight with all his past glories such as they are apparently being in an advisory role: "an experienced mining executive" he also claims? Surely, he should name at least one mining company he's been an executive at. My spidey sense is that EC might be there to back the intentions of Tolga Kumova - with now only three directors on the Torque board, and with EC as chair, TK has effectively taken control of the company. Maybe Cristian is next to go. Or maybe I'm jumping at shadows.
Whatever the ructions are in the boardroom the Torque team clearly needs to pull their corporate fingers out in the field as their exploration delivery has become directionless and disjointed, from what I can see, at least. It's hard to lose money on a gold stock these days but Torque is proving to be an exception.
