agree ysaudrey! It looks like that around 100 million shares were cast in support of Dato, while another 100 million were against both him and his proposed candidate. The remaining 50 million shares likely controlled by a single party seem to have voted to remove both Dato and the current board opting instead for the three candidates proposed by Quantum to stay. This is definitely an arrangement behind the door between the main parties.
