I also wrote to the ASX last week about there non compliance. Frankly I don't see this as good enough. They are 18 months past when these things were supposed to be set up. The new NEDs were to be in place prior to the AGM and now you have Buckler and Lucas sitting on two more committees which they will use to boost their pay packets with the increased pool of funds from the AGM vote.
This is also poor form on the ASX. The ASX should of been sending queries in August 2022 asking why they weren't compliant.
