Totally agree with you that ASIC ACCC need to up their game.
One just needs to read SYA HC and understand the personal and financial consequences of them not doing their investigations into shonky non compliant deals.
Just how did Aus Super in a 48 hr time frame do their Due Diligence on PLS and become a major investor after the Loan Notes holders threw the company into recievership at midnight.
Why don't you put some time into this?
