IMO this is without a doubt the most shifty, secretive and self-serving BOD's I've ever read about.

Can't believe some people walked away from the AGM thinking Brown wasn't as bad as they first thought.

Look at the facts, Brown's track record is appalling and shameful - nothing but carnage; damaged companies and damaged lives (shareholders).

The BOD gets richer while SYA shareholders get poorer. They reward themselves for a job badly done.

The share-price has been a train-wreak all year with no end in sight. IMO, anyone thinking this mob will turn things around is deluding themselves - it'll just be more of the same: poor communication; timelines not met; no real progress re: Carbonate plant; and working for the benefit of PLL only.

I believe this BOD's only real priority is their personal wealth. Under the 'leadership' of this incompetent and disgraceful BOD, SYA is a complete turn-off for potential new investors.

EGM loooooong overdue.
