Let's just assume BL was completely incompetent and issues such as compliance were one of the reasons he was run out of the company, why wasn't compliance addressed immediately upon his departure. Seems awfully coincidental that compliance issues are now being actioned after it was raised by retail holders.
Now you rebuttal might be things take time and I acknowledge that however they did have time to propose fat remuneration increases for themselves. Now since your boys are the absoute A team and cut the dead wood due to his inaction on stuff like a remuneration committee why didnt they correct that at the time they proposed the increased remuneration?
