Perhaps as a shareholder you should enquire as to why.
Perhaps you should ask if mgmt have Enquired with silvercorp if the deal is still available and if they have not WHY NOT?
I think CLA shareholders have realised the error in their ways and would firmly support now, but I’m just an interested observer so it makes no difference to me.
