why dont you check with management ( you are an owner in the business ) why is it a secret / why don't you know... maybe directly ask the below questions.
1) Did the Celsius Board formally ascertain the support for the Transaction from key shareholders and optionholders?
2) What was the result of the above?
3) What were the commercial reasons for the deal not progressing
