The level of delusion is incredible. You think there's a lot of bureaucrats in India champing at the bit saying, "If we don't get this stinker involved our country may devolve into a third world country!"? From India's interactions over the last five year fast track I would say they gave an accurate assessment of the company's abilities regarding profit making and commercialising any single tech. I'm really looking forward to the AGM and seeing how this drop kick company puts a positive light on the endless cavalcade of abject failures.
