Well first CAT is a sports technology company.
A solid CEO for CAT (at its core) should have a good understanding of global sporting needs, what data/info coaches and training staff need and want, fitness/tracking hardware technology developments, building/sourcing hardware and the entire production process, filling in gaps or voids in the market etc
Not sure if experience running an online employment/education platform is really relevant.
