The only reason why it needs more sales personnel is because this industry has not been matured yet, e.g. many organisations don't have their own sport scientist support to get things set up.
I still think that it has characteristics very similar to SAAS companies in that revenues are sticky and are by subscription (once hardware is delivered upfront). The cost of maintaining a customer can be made comparable with many SAAS companies henceforth.
