I guess the point is:
- not everyone wants to or can go to all the appointments in person (particularly in the US)
- a hands off approach is probably quite a long way from the best approach for optimal health outcomes - in fact it’s been designed to keep cost down for healthcare providers rather than best outcomes for pregnant families
- all high risk pregnancies should be high touch, which runs into the above cost/benefit trade-off

I think the market is more than big enough to make HMD very very successful from this level, it comes down to execution. My issues right now are a) with the execution and b) with the lack of respect for shareholders demonstrated by a lack of communication.
