I receive shares every year as part of my remuneration package as just to be clear the vesting date refers to the date they are released over and available to Lain to do what he wants, so he gets some in March and some in September……if they they are the PCLO options for instance they will need to be either sold or converted by the expiry date of 8th August 2025, What is interesting is the 3.5c exercise price…..the PCLO option exercise price is 1.1c if I’m correct so the 3.5c is saying they really believe this thing is currently well undervalued and is growing wings rapidly……please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong with the way vesting works!
