The 3.5 cent conversion price is interesting!
Would be fair to say that they believe that 3.5 cents is going to be on the very low side of the share price in the not too distant future.
Interesting that the announcement credits Barry Rushworth with bringing WDS to the table.
I wonder why Barry decided to step back from active participation in the day to day company activities.
I see, from this announcement, that they are very positive of the future share price.
