The issue is, if the market cap remains this low (or lower!), we require 15-20% dilution per quarter of funds raised. We could get diluted to oblivion and the IP sold in a firesale.
It's a expensive company to run, due to the high caliber team and cellular therapies being so expensive to develop and deliver.
What we desperately need is exceptional results in 1101. And/or attractive licensing agreement to share the burden of funding. Otherwise the death spiral may continue to the end.
