Your interim CEO James Brown was selling lithium below the cost of production under the pretence Altura's massive and mounting losses weren't problematic, they'd navigate the soft market, easily attract new financing and reorganise debt. In a hostile takeover, PLS bought Altura for pennies on the dollar, brilliantly outmanoeuvring Brown and the Altura board.
Whatever the future holds for SYA, I sincerely hope it doesn't involve Brown for investors. He's not fit to run a company.
