That's the mandate. And no, we're not going to sell the spod to PLL then buy it back just so it goes into the carbonate plant.

And since progress on the carbonate plant is being actively sabotaged, it's not a surprise that the only sign of progress is a weak-ass PTS and the promise of a carbonate v hydroxide feasibility when everyone and their uncle know it's going to be carbonate.
