Refer to the announcement in 2021 : "Sayona and its partner are committed to secondary lithium processing in line with the conditions set out in investment Quebec" within five years - that was in 2021. I'm sorry but your are clutching at straws- both parties have made commitments to investment Quebec. That's the long and short if it- the OTA you refer to has conditions to ensure prioritisation of secondary chemical processing. I'm starting to think PLL are trying to go back on the commitments they have made. The OTA agreement came after the commitments made to investment Quebec ?
