A higher price might have made it more difficult to get the shareholders to tip in, but it is restricted to current holders.

As of June 1 Paul simply wants to have the full $3m subscribed. He would not be interested in making money for traders, but this really gives shareholders the opportunity to add to their position.

Dilution only occurs for those not participating, but the capital injection should help him accelerate the growth we are all hoping for.
