I imagine, due to lack of info as to why she is resigning, that its coincidental. so such 'timing' is merely unfortunate in that it might trigger some to think theres a connection.
non-exec BOD member resigning? given that Hank has selected many highly qualified people to fit in with the direction and practices of the coy it does leave the question dangling.
