Would be amazed if one of the other "biggies" does not counter to mop up whatever free float exists, as it will be much harder to secure any shares later on.
Gemcorp will likely IMO waive the 50% condition.
Price is cheap, considering the liquid working capital and the DFS in place.
Gemcorp, with its international connections in place, should be able to get SL government to see sense.
