That's correct. Capricorn Metals struggled to move from exploration to being a gold producer. The board shake-up seems to have done the trick, they secured funding and the mine is up and running.
Would Bakker & Jendry sit together at a board table? Interesting question. "Energy News Bulletin" has just published an article on Nero's push to get Jendry on the CVN board, and write, "Energy News understands the appointment is not designed to replace Bakker but complement the current board and expand its members."
