I will be going with our board’s recommendation too.

If Jendry can’t sell his value to the board he at least needs to sell it direct to us.

Had a quick look at what happened at Capricorn. Whilst I couldn’t find cause to criticise what Jendry and co did there, it was a different situation. They rolled the previous directors in a shareholder vote, did their stuff and handed over to others after 6 months or so.

Much of the hyped increase in market cap was from a very large capital raising, and the gold price rose about 20% during his short reign. No doubt their bringing in new management, raising the debt (as well as the equity) and actually getting the project into development helped too, to his credit.

He hasn’t sold what his lone voice on the CVN board will add, and hasn’t revealed what he wants to change, so why would I vote for him? Perhaps if he sold what he wanted to do, rather than overhyping previous endeavours I might be more open to him.
